weekly recipes number #1 Tagliatelle with smoked salmon creme sauce ------------------------------------------- Ingredients: (for two people) -250 grams tagliatelle (fresh is the best) -2,5 deciliters of milk -2 egg youghs -150 grams of very fine graded parmesan cheese -150 grams of smoked salmon filet sliced in thin "stipps" Preperation; Putt the milk , the egg youghs and the parmesan cheese in a bowl and mix the very well. Then put the smoked salmon filet stripps in as well and put everything together in a cookinf pan. Put the cooking pan on a medium to low hot stove and leave it there for about ten minutes while constantly stirring it with a spoon or "garde". If you are doing it oke the sauce will be thick and rich after aboet these ten minutes if not keep heatin and stirring untill it does. while you are making the sauce put on a cooking pan full of water , heat it untill it boils and ad the tagliatelle , cook until it's ready , that's about five to six minutes. After the tagliatelle is ready take it out of the pan and let it leak out all the water. then mix it with a little bit of olive oil if you like , put it on a plate put on as much sauce as you like and garnishe it all with some fresh cut dill-weed.
